Reference Programme

The Connect Customer Reference Programme aims to build a closer relationship between Advanced and our customers, to thank customers for their input and to strengthen the Advanced proposition.
How it Works
Through sharing best practice with other customers, inputting in to product development and participating in joint marketing activities, customers can accrue Connect points. In turn these points can be redeemed for a range of services from our Professional Services team, including project management, consultancy and training courses.
5 one off connect points are issued to any customer who joins the reference programme and grants permission for Advanced to use their company name and logo in marketing materials.
Additional points can be earned by offering a short testimonial on the products you use or the services you have received, by working with our PR team creating a press release, providing telephone or site reference visits, joining one of the user committees or participating in one of the Advanced beta test programmes.

Member Benefits

Reward and redemption - Advanced Connect’s Reference Programme enables members to accumulate points for any time they spend throughout the year providing references or supporting Advanced events which can be used to buy services from Advanced.

Interactive User Networking - delivered via the connect portal , users will be able to interact with each other via forums (due for release February 2012) discussing items such as best practice.

Resource Previews – members of the programme will get special previews of any new resources such as whitepapers and blueprints prior to general release.

Special Offers – members of the programme will receive special offers throughout the year including discounts on training and services.
